Classic 40’s Up-do

Stand out from the crowd with these tips for a perfectly sculpted, elegant updo.

01: Create a low part, and liberally apply TRESemmé Thermal Creations Heat Tamer Spray to entire head.
02: Blow dry flat, and mist TRESemmé Thermal Creations Curl Activator Spray. Starting at the part, use a ¾ inch curling iron to create a ridge.
03: Use a comb to pull section to one side, and repeat below the ridge pulling hair with comb the opposite direction. This will create a “C” shape; repeat going the opposite direction eventually getting an “s” shape. Spray hair with TRESemmé TRES Two Freeze Hold Hair Spray, and finger through for looseness.

Tip: Don't move the flat iron too quickly over your hair, and don't hold it in one place for too long either. Move the iron at a slow steady pace from root to tip to get silky smooth texture. See More Like this...
