How to use

I tried this for three weeks on my color-treated hair and they feel anti-frizz, smooth, and straight. I did not have to use my straightener that much. I also noticed that it made my color stay longer this time. Highly recommended.

My hair became unmanageable after the first wash with the shampoo. All of a sudden I had dead ends, dry hair, impossible to brush when usually my hair is straight and smooth. I have thin hair that gets oily at the roots but is dry at the ends. I try to aim to wash my hair at most three times per week so since this product has keratin which is a protein to strengthen the hair I only use this shampoo once per week given the fact that I have thin hair. I feel like when using this shampoo is cleans my hair really well and since I have coloured hair it helps with maintaining the Color as well which is an added bonus to strengthen my hair!

Rated 1 out of 5 by SWit from Extremely Disappointed I received the TRESemme Color Fade Keratin shampoo through Topbox to try and review for free in exchange for my honest review. While I use natural hair colors to dye my hair, I was really apprehensive about the results I would get after using this product. I had slight hopes and was scared that I would lose the hair color I had applied with so much care and effort. Unfortunately, my gut-feeling proved to be absolutely spot on. After pouring in a bit of shampoo on my hands to apply on my hair, I found that the shampoo was not lathering up as I expected. This is the reason why I had to take double the amount of shampoo I usually have to take. This in itself was very disappointing to say the least. After rinsing off, I found that the shampoo had managed to strip away the color off of my hair which I had just applied two days earlier. Usually with any other shampoo I do not need to reapply my hair color anytime before 2 months. This has left me quite bitter about my experience, as now I have to reapply the color on my hair as soon as possible. On top of that it left a drying effect on my hair, which I have never experienced before!!! I will definitely not be purchasing this will NOT recommend this to anyone. #freeproduct
