Fall 2015 Hair Trends At New York Fashion Week
As official hair care sponsors of New York Fashion Week, TRESemmé gets an up close look at all the catwalk styles as they happen. We spotted these fashion-forward hair trends for fall 2015 from our front row seat.
We spied key trends with texture, including undone waves, wow braids, and the shattered bob. For those who like locks effortless, the casual half-bun was a breakthrough look, while polished princesses got frizz-free big buns and glam bombshell blow outs.
At Rebecca Minkoff, models sported rocker waves at the designer's 70's-inspired show. The flowing locks complemented falling florals and fringing – oh, and shout out to the suede over-the-knee tasselled boots which finished off this cool fall look.
Meanwhile, at Erin Fetherston, TRESemmé lead stylist Jeanie Syfu perfected the polished princess pony for this regal fairytale-inspired collection (pictured right). The sleek hairstyles mirrored slinky, shimmering fabrics, and for a finishing touch, gold string hair accessories added an extra slick detail.
The TRESemmé Perfectly un(Done) Collection was the hair hero at Banana Republic (pictured left), creating city-swept natural waves and texturized low ponies to go with oversized feminine tailoring and knitwear.
At Marissa Webb (pictured right), smart center partings and tousled lengths went perfectly with the sleek, ladylike tailoring, but we especially loved the textured braided buns that added a cool, relaxed twist.
