TRESEMMÉ - OUR PLEDGE FOR FEMALE LEADERS

For 70 years, we’ve helped women express themselves confidently as they make their mark on the world, but confidence only gets you so far in a broken system. While we cannot fix the biases and stereotypes alone, we can leverage our scale and platform to highlight the importance and necessity of female leadership. This year, TRESemmé is making moves to help advance the next generation of female leaders by creating an intentional momentum forward alongside a network of strong female partners.

TRESemmé Future Stylists Fund is an extension of our ongoing commitment to advocate for representation and equity of hairstylists in the professional industry. This annual $100,000 scholarship program was created to help Black women interested in becoming licensed hair professionals offset the cost of tuition for an accredited cosmetology school-- in addition to providing unparalleled career-advancing opportunities in the hair industry.
