HOW TO GET HOLLYWOOD WAVES

Step 1: Wash and condition

Step 2: Add extra texture and hold

To avoid frizz, air-dry your tresses using a T-shirt or microfiber towel. Step 3: Blow-dry

Step 4: Get the classic ‘S’ wave

In order to get the classic ‘S’ shape associated with Hollywood glamor, you’ll need to use a curling iron. Take a one-and-a-half-inch curling wand and curl your hair in sections. As you create each curl, place it on your palm and let it cool, then gently pin it to your head using sectioning clips. Leave to cool completely to set the wave.

Step 5: Release your curls

Once cooled, release the clips and pull down each curl gently. This should give you perfect control, but if you find the curls a little tight or stiff, use a wide toothed comb to soften them, lightly combing through your waves.
