From Marie Antoinette-inspired to goth punk looks, fierce femininity and revolution radiated through Alice + Olivia designer Stacey Bendet’s New York Fashion Week F/W ‘18 runway show. With her unapologetic use of rainbow sequins, lace and studded leather in a venue where each room celebrated a moment of women’s empowerment, Bendet used the past to pave a way to a brighter future. And the fearless hairstyles in her show, like this rebellious wave, brought that statement all the way home.
